In Alsace, the Stammtisch represents a large table where regulars gather for a meal or a drink to chat and have fun.

Chef Yannick Germain wanted to revisit this traditional Stammtisch and offer, alongside his gourmet table, a second more relaxed, uninhibited and also more affordable establishment, a warm and friendly place dedicated to food lovers where one can experience the talent of this Michelin-starred chef.

At Stammtisch, you will savor reimagined traditional cuisine like his now-famous Lobster Couscous, his Low Tide Fish Soup, or his Iberian Pig Smoked Spaghetti.

The seating capacity is for 16 guests and the table is automatically privatized without extra cost from 12 guests onwards. If you have a specific dish in mind for the entire table, please don’t hesitate to let us know. If you have a special request for a particular dish for the entire group, please do not hesitate to let us know.
